Download CVS not working

    Custom Contact Forms Version: 7.8.5, WordPress 5.5.1.

    After updating to current WordPress one of the user accounts can’t download the submissions.

    I’ve tried to update the user, delete the user, new user, but still I’m unable to download submissions.

    Does anyone have any idea?
