Exclude my account and checkout from sitemap

    Hello,

    I have customs slug for my account and checkout,those pages are “mi-cuenta” and “finalizar-compra”. They are being submitted to the sitemap and console search is bugging me to remove them from the sitemap because they are noindex.

    What can i do to removed them from the sitemap?

    Hello!

    You can apply “noindex” to those pages via The SEO Framework, that should remove those pages from the sitemap. You can do that under the visibility settings, either via quick-edit or in the SEO Settings meta box.

    WooCommerce automatically applies “noindex” to those pages already, although TSF isn’t aware of that (perhaps the WP 5.5 API will allow us to…); nevertheless, there’s nothing wrong with duplicated directives.
