Does it work if you use POST instead of PUT? On my test site, it’s also not working for me with PUT, but I can update the product using POST.

That is curious. I could not change it using Postman with a PUT, but I could update the price with a POST. Here’s a screenshot of what I sent along with the part of the response that shows the price. The original price was $4,000.

Thanks for posting the full cURL (with keypair). With that I was able to take a closer look.

First things first: Void the keypair when we are done here to prevent access.

Now to your problem:

* Your product 3618 is a variable product. That is why your call is failing.
* You need to use: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#list-all-product-variations
* First list all variations: GET https://bikehut.com.br/wp-json/wc/v3/products/3618/variations
* Retrieve the variation ID and compose another call according to: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#update-a-product-variation
