PayPal

  • Everytime I try and connect WP EasyCart to my business PayPal account I get the message –
    “Something went wrong” and it won’t let me connect. How do I troubleshoot and fix?

    Hello: You might go to the settings -> payment panel and under paypal make sure you have the correct weight units and the correct country, etc. I have seen some users with Kgs and should be Lbs or visa-versa and also make sure your paypal account is a business account all verified and setup correctly.
