Import and export users and customers not working

    I’ve not been able to get anything imported, and see no alerts. I’ve tried your suggested format of Col 1 Username, Col 2 Email and the format of my users export as Col 1 user_login, Col 2 user_email etc. Nothing works. Please improve your error reporting or fix your software.

    Could you show us your CSV? An example of your CSV would be enough.

    I too had the same thoughts/problems about the first two column names that the plugin suggested. I ended up using the actual column names that were exported instead of the suggested column names. Instead of “Username” and “Email”, I used “user_login” and “user_email” as the first two column names. Perhaps the plugin’s suggested formats are old WordPress names? I agree the instructions could be made clearer.

    We have to improve the instructions and also the documentation.

    Anyway the first two columns names are ignored, you can use wherever you want placing username and email in those two places.
