EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v2.4.0 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Other SMTP
    SMTP Error: data not accepted.
    Consider running an email test after fixing it.

    I am now getting this error whenever I use our web forms.

    This only happened about 24 hours ago.

    “Other SMTP” option
    SMTP Host: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com

    Before yesterday, the forms are working perfectly. We did not changed anything before the issue happened.

    Sending test email is working

    HI @xrxdsgn,

    Please check the ‘From Email’ and ‘Reply-To’ of the form. ‘From Email’ should match the SMTP email you’ve authenticated. Yahoo does not like a different reply-to as well. Alternatively, you can check the ‘Force From Email’ option within WP Mail SMTP which will likely fix the issue. If not, there is some issue with the email you’re sending, please share all the email settings of the form you’re using.
