Overall I’m impressed

  • The setup of an ArtiBot dialogue flow is impressively powerful and easy. I was able to install the chatbot on my WordPress website with this plugin in only a few clicks.

    When I reached out to Pure Chat for support, they got back to me very quickly and identified a problem with blocked third-party cookies in Chrome that was disrupting the bot. I fixed the problem and now all looks to be working normally.

    Four stars for a good experience, the final fifth star would come with better documentation for troubleshooting problems.
