Nice little one. This should be part of WP core, but that’s not the fault of the plugin makers.
Had some trouble though with “update failed: not a valid json response” errors when this plugin is active. No idea if it is just the settings or a general problem (forum responses say that the root of the problem could actually be in other problems, not in this one). It also seems to break the “Widgets” menu – cannat edit this as long as this plugin is active.
To conclude: Great while just running the site, needs to be switched off while working on appearance and pages.
