Images are not copied to server by Media Uploader.

    I’ve read the sticky about the Media Uploader and have tried the solutions recommended and have not resolved my issue yet. Any advice or assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

    MY PROBLEM
    This issue arrived with my most recent update to 2.9.1. When i try and upload images with the media uploader, it seems to work and behaves like it has worked, but it does not upload a copy of the image to server. As a result it displays an empty image with a question mark with the dimension of the photo that was to be uploaded.

    I can’t seem to resolve this issue and get the media unloader to actually upload a copy of the image to the server.

    If this question has been answered, please direct me to that thread, though I have searched extensively through the forums as well as online.
