wordpress e2e in Bitbucket Pipelines

So im trying to figure out how I can run the wp e2e tests pithin a bitbucket pipeline potentially build my own tests for plugins and themes. any insight would help ive tried running the npm run env:start but it fails when trying to set up the mysql stuff.
