Tour with reload of page

    Hi guys,

    Let me start by saying that your plugin is great from what I’ve tried so far.

    I am stuck in the implementation of a tour – I’d be perfectly happy to buy the pro version if it’s what I need to solve my issue:

    I have several pages where I’d like to guide my users through entering some data in various forms.
    I’ve created an Intro Tour for a page where there’s a form that they need to submit.
    This form is not an Ajax form, so it reloads the page on submit.
    How could I “capture” that submit so that this second load of the page resumes the Tour?
    With the First User Visit Only option set to Yes, then it doesn’t resume.
    With that option set to No, the tour always starts at the beginning.

    Hi there,
    Nice to hear that you like our plugin. Actually only ajax forms (without reload) are supported – even in pro – BUT it won’t be difficult to implement it in pro, as it deals already with tour information handover between page reload (actually just for different pages).
    So let us implement it … up to 10 days ish … and we let you know here when it is ready.

    What is your prefered behaviour. After submit form => reload … go to same step as before reload or go to following step?

    Yeah, I think that something where you go to the next step after reload would be fantastic!

    We are happy to announce new improved version. PRO version keeps going after page reload. It also increment to next step – you can change this in tour’s configuration in admin board. That should fix your issue with non AJAX form submission. Let us know please, if this works for you.
