Can’t add tags, can’t see used tags

Running a Woocommerce site and noticed that I cannot edit tags or add new tags on existing products or new ones. I have the box to enter a new one but the button does nothing at all. Not sure when this started happening. Tried changing themes and turning off plugins and still no go. I can see existing tags when I view my list of products but when I go into an individual product I cannot see tags. Any ideas of where to look to fix this?
