    Hello @manoushkone,

    We are sorry you are unable to use the plugin on your Google Chrome web browser. However, it will be helpful if you can send us screenshots of the issue so that we can understand it better.

    Thanks.

    You do not have to share your email. Screenshots can be shared with an image sharing platform like Pasteboard or Imgur

    For the screenshot of the error on my dashboard. But I’m not so ok to share in public the content of the email that wordpress sent me.

    @manoushkone,

    Thanks for the screenshot; it’s fine not to share the contents of the email sent by WordPress. What you are experiencing is a blank metabox; we’re sorry that you are experiencing problems that might be caused by our plugin!

    Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

    Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

    Thanks for your response, but, I don’t understand everything. I’m French and my English is not so good.Moreover I’m not a webmaster and I don’t want to do mistakes on my blog. And to be honest I don’t have the time to do all those complicated things. I totally understand that updates are necessary but It’s really annoying to have something which works absolutely fine and turn bad with the update !

    Hi @manoushkone ,

    We understand how frustrating it could be when something suddenly stops working when all you did was perform an update. We definitely feel you and we want to help you. However, given that we have not received similar reports, this tells us that it could be an isolated problem and since we do not have access to your site, it’s hard for us to determine what exactly is stopping the plugin to work which is why conflict check is advised.

    You mentioned that it still works on Safari. To check if this could be a browser or extension problem, can you try with Chrome’s incognito view and see if it works? If it does, try to disable the extensions one at a time until you find the culprit. Also, make sure that your Chrome is updated.

    Hi @jerlyn,
    The problem is solved. I just had to delete browser temporary files and clear cache on chrome.
    Everything is fine on my dashboard .
