Share Volunteer List

    Looking for a way to “easily” share the list of volunteers signed up with the leader for the Volunteer Opportunity. An email list, a short code to post, or a way to export would be great. I just need to be able to send the list (without retyping it) to the Lead for the opportunity.

    Thanks for reaching out @eroesch. I’m happy to help. While there isn’t built-in functionality to send a list of volunteers to another person or to export it, a simple copy and paste may do it. Here are the steps:

    1. Visit the admin screen where you would normally edit the volunteer opportunity.
    2. Scroll to the bottom and find the “Volunteer Opportunity RSVPs” metabox. There you’ll see a list of every person who has signed up to volunteer.
    3. Use your mouse to highlight every row including all the volunteer information.
    4. Right click on your mouse and choose to copy the content.
    5. Open up a spreadsheet in your favorite tool, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
    6. Right click in the cell where you want the data to appear and choose to paste it. The data should show up in a way that allows you to modify and format it.
