blank page after hosting crash

    Hi! My site https://studiumuk.sk/ shows only blank page :(, i am not able to get into admin dashboard as well. I haven’t touched it for weeks, it happened after provider’s server crashed (and who knows what more…). I have uploaded new config.php, but it didn;t help.
    Can you give me any advice, before i start completely new installation?

  • Your sql database might be corrupted. However if your provider’s server crashed, you should move to a new provider, because such a failure is unacceptable.

    If your hosting company gives you a cPanel entrace to your server, use that to check the SQL databases installed.

    Likewise, aftr a crash, your hosting company should be helping you restore your files and indicating which can be and which are gone forever.

    Best advice I have: ask the service provider for their backup of your WordPress folder (files) and the database.

    Then restore from it and see what happens.

    Thanks for advice! I forgot to mention I have another web on the same hosting, which uses own database (but physically its the same server), there is everything ok; WP files for the problematic site look ok too (as far i can say); anyway luckily i have saved the database some time og, so in the worts case it would require reinstall and uploading the old database…
