Website stopped working

I generally use this plugin on all my websites. Don’t know suddenly it stopped working on my website. deactivated all the plugins to check if it is having a conflict. also used basic theme still no lick. The page where the shortcode is used is not working. Like my home page has the shortcode. it is not working. the page where the shortcode is not used. it is working like the about us page of the site which I have mentioned. Please help.
