• I really liked your plugin. I put it on three websites. Always after the update, the plugin disappears. I have to manually remove it from FTP. After each of your updates, the plugin disappeared. As if you had removed the plugin completely and uploaded it to a new account. I had to reinstall. I don’t recommend him. I’m going to find another solution.
I would love to use the plugin. I believe that a remedy will come. I would like to give a great review.
After the update, it writes: The wappointment / index.php plugin was deactivated due to an error: The plugin file does not exist.

    Hi Branike,

    Sorry for the frustrating experience.

It’s strange that you get that issue, you’re actually the first one to report this until now. We don’t do anything during the update, it’s basically using the standard WordPress updating system.

Was that issue happening on each and every one of your sites? Or one in particular?

On top of my head, I’d say that the size of the plugin itself and a PHP limit on your server that has been set too low could result in this kind of error. Max execution time for instance.

It’s too bad you didn’t contact us in order to report the issue, especially that it seemed you liked the plugin.

    Hi,

We’ve released a new version yesterday that is 30% lighter. So there is chances that the issue you’ve experienced in the past might disappear now.

Well if you still have the plugin on one of your sites and do update, please let us know if that improved, as we have no way of testing this on our end.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I don’t know why this is happening, but I want to help solve it. Because I like your accessory. But it will do this to me after each update.
