• Hi, I’m set the email message for the user and also set all the SMTP settings. But I don’t know why the user did not get an email notification. I’m using the Sendinblue for SMTP. But still, I face this problem. Please help me. Thanks

    Thank you for contacting us.
    If you are using a contact form please make sure you have configured the email field in Auto-reply.

    This can be done in Form Dashboard > User Auto Reply under the Notifications section.

    Configure the available short tags which you can from the link ERF short tags just below the message box, copy the short tag for email, and paste it in the field provided for Recipient(s).
