FEATURE REQUEST: Custom set # of cross sells on Checkout Page

Feature Request: Add flexibility to set the display number of cross-sells / up-sells on the Checkout page different from those on the Product pages. As is (at least in non-premium), the cross-sells on Checkout page aren’t utilizing the available width to flex those boxes — even though the product boxes are smaller. Pushes the checkout section way far down.
