    Hello!

    I’ve had no issues earlier with this plugin, but as of today I can not create more product boxes. To be more exact, when I finish it and save, nothing is there.

    Usually I will have to refresh the page in order for it to show up, but now it just doesn’t.

    I can not delete old product boxes either. I have this plugin installed on 2 sites and it is only happening on this site.

    I have tried de-activating all plugins.
    They are on the same hosting and both are using Cloudflare. Don’t know what else to try from here.

    The one thing I changed was adding this symbol to my CTA: ?

    I can not change it back because when I go to edit an existing product box, the old CTA is there. This must be what is causing it!

    Nice! It was a very weird bug. I could create a new box and have it pop up the next day.

    Waiting eagerly for the new update.

    I created a product box called “Test 2” and it appeared instantly, nice!
    But, when I tried to delete it, it wouldn’t go away.

    I suspect it is the same issue, just with deletion this time.
    I can check back in a day and see if it’s still there, although I highly suspect it will be deleted. There seems to be some sort of delay..

    This does not look like it could be related to the first bug I just fixed. Are you still experiencing the issue?

    Yes sadly.. I just deleted a review and it is still there.

    However I think it will be gone in a few hours like last time, so the plugin is not unusable as of now

    By how you describing it, it does not sound like an issue with the plugin. There is no room for delays in the plugin code, this seems to be an issue with your install or server.

    Just to be sure, can you uninstall and reinstall the plugin one more time? (This will delete all boxes and templates)

    What server stack or hosting setup do you use?

    Can not delete it before I can import/export the boxes, would be a lot of work to get them back manually.

    It is acting exactly like it is being cached since all of my changes and edits are coming through.

    I am using Cloudflare CDN and Autoptimize, but the backend should not be cached anyway.

    I recommend you double check if your backend isn’t cached. Do the changes appear right after you cleared the cache?

    I have tested the plugin with Cloudlfare on several installs and there was never an issue.
