Once again 404 for Company Profile Page

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with the WP Job Manager – Company Profiles plugin.

The company overview site is generated correctly using the shortcode, as you can see here:
https://www.praxis-jobs.de/company/

If I click on a company, i.e. on “Moore & Kavinsky” I’m led to the company detail page, like here:

https://www.praxis-jobs.de/company/Moore%20%26%20Kavinsky/

Everything works fine this far, but now comes the problem:

If I click on the job offer, I’m led to the job detail page:
https://www.praxis-jobs.de/Job/head-of-commercial-contracts/

Now, if I click on the logo from this page, I end up on a 404 Page:

https://www.praxis-jobs.de/Unternehmen/Moore%20%26amp%3B%20Kavinsky/

Here are two issues with the URL:
1. the slug “company” which is mandatory in this plugin is getting translated in the URL into the german word “Unternehmen”
2. The letter “&” is getting recoded into %26amp%3B so the right page can’t be found

So, why is the plugin behaving differently by generating the URLs on the Company Overview Page and on the Job Detail Page? How can this be fixed?
