    We are having similar issue:

Issue: Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters for AddToCart Event
Your server is sending an invalid parameters value for your AddToCart event. This may be because there was an error in the parameter value.
This may cause issues with the attribution and delivery optimization of ad campaigns that are using this event.

  • Hi @sallykoonara,

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

We’ve recently reached out to Facebook directly to try to get some clarity regarding the “Invalid Match Key” warning. While no specific resolution has been provided, we do now know this from their replies:

? this warning only occurs with server to server events (added in Facebook for WooCommerce v2.0)
? it can be the result of a platform issue – which wouldn’t be fixable from within the plugin
? Facebook will not share more specific event data for privacy reasons
??there aren’t any events in the plugin’s logs with missing user_agents or ip_addresses

Facebook has ensured us that they’re looking into providing more information for this error in a future release, such as showing the affected URL and the parameter and what is wrong with it. They did also mention, however, that even with some additional details, it would not likely be able to be resolved by the plugin, as it can be at the platform level.

They weren’t able to pass along an expected date for release, though did mention that they usually see some features/improvements added after the holidays.

It seems that at this moment, we’ll need to wait for this release before looking at the Invalid Match Key parameter further. Please do let us know if you hear something different directly from Facebook!

    Thanks,
    Marcus

    Hello,

We have all on a sudden had trouble with our percentage off coupons. They are generating the discount off. They are generating the discount at the tax exclusive price (even though we have all our settings to tax inclusive), and then they are adding more tax back on at checkout.

Ie a customer buys 6 bottles of wine at $18.95 each (tax inclusive), uses a 25% off coupon. It generates the discount at ($17.23*6)*.25, then it adds on GST at $7.75, making the total at checkout Subtotal $103.36 – $25.84 + GST $7.75 order total $87.86. Total charged on $87.86 Where it should be $85.28.

Can you point me in the direction of where we have gone wrong with our settings
