SHIPPING FEES NOT SHOWING ON CHECKOUT PAGE

I have the above screenshot when I want to proceed to checkout.
now the shipping fees are added but the label not showing, what’s going on here? why this is happening to me?

it seems the method title not showing in the checkout form, why? in my case its: Flat Rate and the other countries are disabled now, I cannot order. this is all broke when the woocmmerce got updated, what happened guys?

This is a free plugin and we do the best we can to help out, but we can’t compromise on fast or live support for free.

The screenshot you sent us mentions “Flexible Shipping” which is another plugin, not ours.

Regarding our own plugin, it’s working just fine with the lateste versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.

I have a rate inside UAE to 30AED and 70AED to GCC but unfortunately, right now, the shipping fees are not showing on the checkout page: https://naurasonline.com/checkout/ you can add to cart products from my website and proceed to checkout, the line of shipping fees is gone. If you decided to pay by credit card as well, the shipping fees are not counted. I am really in deep trouble. I want to use only your plugin since before the update, everything was working just fine, and after, I don’t know what happens. appreciate your kind help and support. if you can guide what do because I am in total lost really!!!!

We need to see all the settings page. What you sent does not show the region, country, and states settings.

and when I’m trying to checkout, the fees do not apply, the line is not showing in the invoice and if you want to buy online by credit card, the fees are not shown in the payment gateway form. so this is the first time I faced such an issue and keep in mind, I have the same conditions under shipping zones. shall I delete something? am I doing something wrong here? please guide me

if i don’t want Per Region Rates
The number of Region rules.
I just want to select per country.
can you inform me how to proceed? shall I remove the region and keep the country only?

DEAR (@webdados) kindly your support in this matter is much appreciated since this is a critical and very crucial thing on my website and the operation is suspended because of the functionality of the plugin.
let me know if any screenshots or supporting documents need to be shared with you to better troubleshoot.

even when you select to pay by online card with MPGS plugin by Mastercard, the fees are not showing there!!

Our plugin is to be used instead of other methods that use shipping zones.
You cannot use both, as stated on the plugin page:

Not to be used with WooCommerce 2.6+ Shipping Zones (but an alternative to it);

We recommend you uninstall our plugin and use only the WooCommerce shipping zones.

You sent PHP Notices related to “AddThis” which is a social plugin and not related to WooCommerce shipping in any way.

Also, shipping fees are shown before you even chose a payment method, so anything related to Mastercard is also not related to our plugin or WooCommerce shipping for all that matter.

We understand you might be in a hurry to solve your problem but this is a free plugin and we cannot help you in the time you need this fixed.
Based on your posts on this thread, we think you need professional help to solve your WooCommerce issues.
