Blog takes loooooong time to load

Is there a utility to determine why a blog takes so long to load? I have a blog with two pages, one post, and two plugins, and often takes forever to load. Other time it works fine.

I am at a loss as to why this should take so long. Even going between pages in edit mode seems to take forever. Other web pages on my high speed interntet connection work fine.

Godaddy is the host, and the theme is Painter 1.1 if that makes a difference.
