change role if user is already registered

    Hello, everyone.
    I have different situation. I have teachers website and when they register, they takes Subscriber role. Now I have added new registration form “Agents Registration” and I have created new role for these. “Agents”.

    In teachers registration form also added question as Radio. Exp: “Are you offer Agent Service?” Answer are: yes or no. If yes, this question also shows in Profile. I have added this question, because from these teachers maybe were also Agents.

    Is it possible, when already registred teacher edit their profile and sets this question “yes” then change role and takes 2 role as agent as teacher?

    And also if teacher register on website and choose in registration form “yes” also takes 2 role. As agent as teacher?

    I hope u understand what I mean.

    Hi @shara94

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make the role swaps when there’s a different field condition. What most of the UM users are adding a page where they can choose which forms they need to fill out. Let’s say "Are you a teacher? Please register to this page." and "Are you an Agent. Please register on this page".

    Please feel free to re-open this thread by changing the status to Not resolved when there’s any question that may come up.
