Plugin doesn’t work when changing location in checkout

Hi there,

In Woocommerce I’m using the shop address as default customer location (no geolocation activated). When I enter the store I’m located in the netherlands (which is correct). I have a restricted product in my cart (no shipping to france). All is working fine so far and I can buy the product.
However when I change my address in the checkout (using Woocommerce shipping calculator) to France I get a Woocommerce message that the product is no longer available and removed from cart. But the product is still in the cart and debug mode says that I’m still in the netherlands. When I change my location to France in the debug bar all is working fine again and the product is removed from cart.
Can you please let me know why changing the shipping address in the cart doesn’t work for your plugin?
