due to the kind of product and delivery issues the store prefers customers to, instead of paying via one of the several options, email the order to the store. So when the customer gets to checkout, the only option availble must be a send button and the order will reach the store via email. the store can then contact the customer vir email to arrange for delivery method upon which prize can be discussed.
