    Hi!
Creating a store with a MultiSite for other languages
Testing the settings. Set up categories and selection filters
But I see a problem. The product price is not displayed.
There is a price on the main site, but there is no price on the subdirectory

What is the problem? What am I missing?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

@alexad200 Are you using a multilingual plugin to manage the different language sites? Or did you manually set up a multisite network in WordPress?

If you are using a plugin, you’ll want to contact the support team of the corresponding plugin for assistance. If it’s a multisite network, then each site will be independent of each other, so you’ll have to check the price settings in each individual site to make sure none are missing.

I don’t use the translation plugin
    Set it up manually
Yes, of course, I checked all the prices
Product prices in the All Products section all prices are listed

    Hi Fernando!

Can you find a solution for #jeanetteblondlot and a solution for me on Monday?

However, if you go to the product page, the price is also displayed. And I can add the product to the cart.
And in the product catalog in the subfolder the price is not shown in contrast to the main site

How were the products created on the “subdirectory” sites, were they copied over or imported in some way?

If you create a product from scratch on a “subdirectory” site, does it work correctly?

The main site was completely copied to a subdirectory by the NS Clone plugin. Together with Woocommerce and products.

And they are displayed in the product catalog, as you could see
    Only the price is 0.00€
But if you click on the link to one product, the price is

I started another product manually. It is also displayed in the catalog without a price (0.00€)

Did you follow the link to the site?

That is strange behavior that I haven’t seen before. The first idea that comes to mind is that an issue with the migration process has caused this.

A few things you can try:

    • Regenerate product lookup tables. You can do this from WooCommerce > Status > Log.
    • Re-install WooCommerce by removing the plugin from the site and then installing it again.
    • Complete a full conflict test. This would require you to activate the theme Storefront and then disable all plugins on the site except for WooCommerce.
    • Hopefully this gets you started in the right direction.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
