    Hi,
I’ve set up the plugin to check on various status (on hold, pending payment, completed, and some custom status).
I set up a limit on product quantity of 2. After checkout and my order status is set to on-hold or pending payment, i can still buy that product again even though the limit should be reached from previous order.

The plugin is working properly before checkout and before adding item to the cart.

Is there anything i should setup to be able to prevent another purchase while an order is awaiting payment from that same user?

I’m using the premium version, plugin is enabled, variations is enabled, in the product meta variations limit is also set which worked before checkout.

    Hi @aharlan,

Sorry for the late reply. At first glance, it seems like you’ve set everything correctly. Could you please post your screenshot of the “General” settings section in our plugin?

Also, as you are a Pro user, it would be better if you’d contact me directly via [email protected] email, as WordPress forum guidelines forbid us to provide support for premium plugins here.
