Reduce level of Role higher than administrator

    Hi Support,

    I have somehow increase a user role level above that of the admin.
    Now I can’t see that role or reduce its level.

    Please help!

    Hi Damien,

    Thank you for the message. It is all about capabilities. Make sure that user role has user_level capabilities lower than administrator role.

    Apologies I didn’t make myself clear.

    I mean I have accidentally made the Role “Editor” to have a higher level than “Administrator”. Now I am unable to make any edits to “Editor” as its level is higher than “Administrator”.

    Is there a way I can undo that or edit the “Editor” level?
