Conflict with other plugin (External Login)

We have some problem with this plugin working at the same time as External Login plugin. https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/external-login/
This is plugin that we have to use to logged against some drupal database.
But when we activate this plugin then your plugins works in allow mode (even if choose block mode, and yes block mode is what we need ?? )

so it will be great if you guys can manage it to works without cnflict because both plugins are great for their purpose.
