    Hi,

    I am a new user of the plugin. The email address has been authorized. I activated the key and I received the message that my account is pending approval.

    This was about 10 days ago. Could you please let me know if there is anything pending from my end?

    While testing the subscribe option on my website, I noticed that an error message pops up asking to contact website owner. No confirmation email is sent. Is this issue because of the pending approval?

    Please clarify.

  • We are having the same issue on our website. Its been days not for a message that literally says.

    Note: your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
    Rest assured, this only takes just a couple of hours. Until then, you can still send email previews to yourself. Any active automatic emails, like Welcome Emails, will be paused.

    I see our team has replied to you on October 2nd, but you never replied back.

    I’ve approved your subscription now and sending should be working.

    I can see our team has replied to you on October 11th asking you to contact us once your website is live.

    I can see it’s protected, but we need to check your content in order to approve your subscription to send your emails with us.

    Can you reply to us when your website is finished?

    Hello,

    I had MailPoet active for more than a month and I have the same problem.

    Yesterday I reactivated it and did all the configuration again and the problem still persists, I need MailPoet to contact me as soon as possible or I will have to choose to migrate from service.
