Not saving changes in blocks?

  • I got this theme, Hypnos, which uses Gutenberg but it’s not saving my changes. See the video (https://youtu.be/NWJm13ulA_w) for a video recording of the issue.

    I read some issues about cache plugins being the problem so I disabled those and issue remains.

  • Unfortunately this doesn’t look like a Gutenberg issue. Gutenberg saves its content in the main post content field. From your video, these are custom fields (or custom meta fields), which if you did not add, were added by your theme or a plugin. The data should be saved to those fields, and it doesn’t look like it is.

    Without knowing what plugins you have it’s hard to help more, but this is not a Gutenberg problem, or a problem related to the Gutenberg plugin. As Hypnos is a premium theme on ThemeForest, I would ask you to seek support for your issue with the theme creators.
