Hide Sibling Categories

  • Hi,

    In Attributes and Values I select:
    Filter By: Product Category
    Advanced: Spirits

    But this still shows other main categories such as Beers and Ciders, where as I only need it to show Spirits. Is that possible?

    Hi,

    Advanced setting is called Limit filter values by products from the selected category. As you can see from the setting name it is not limiting values by the category. It is limiting products by the category. Values are taken from the products. So if product has Spirits and Beers both values will be shown while limited by the Spirits.

    If you want to show sub-categories of some category it is available in paid version of the plugin only.
