Hi, I saw where this problem was posted before and I deactivated ALL my plugins other than Photonic and the galleries were still not appearing. I’m not sure what else to try. I even changed the short code. Thank you in advance! Love this plugin!

Your theme has a JavaScript error:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined
        at Object.init (bunyad-theme.js?ver=2.4.1:142)
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (bunyad-theme.js?ver=2.4.1:915)
        at i (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at Function.ready (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)
        at HTMLDocument.J (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:2)

That is what is preventing other JavaScript-based code from working and is stopping the render of Photonic.

Thanks for getting back with me. I’m a little slow when it comes to this. How are you seeing this error? Is it View Page Source? I want to try and fix it, but View page source wasn’t showing this.

    Thank you.

JavaScript errors are shown in the browser’s Developer Tools. I just activated the Developer Tools and looked at the JavaScript console over there. That is the first thing I check if someone tells me that they had a gallery that stopped working.
