We paid, and we are not getting support. PLUGIN HAS BUGS!

Hi we are a pms pro customer on a site with 1000 paying members. We found several bugs on your plugin that were admited by Georgian, one of your developers.
We been trying to talk to you since June about this matters ( Double charges, extended subscriptions for no reason, CANCELING accounts of clients from the system without a reason etc… )
Georgian started looking into it back then, but we are getting an answer every 2 weeks and its not moving forward, we sent you hundreds of messages through your support page, through instagram, through twitter, we offered to pay more for you to fix the issues and still we can’t get this to be fixed.
Your plugin is the base of our business model and you are not dealing with the problems it has and this is causing serious issues for us.
WE thought at first there was a problem with our emails, but we started talking to you from a different email adress and this is not improving, so i just think either Georgian or your whole support team is not doing what they should.
Can you please take a look at one of the hundreds of emails i sent and get back to me to fix this problems for once and for all? Just assign someone to this case and make them take care of it until is fixed, we gave you all you need, a complete list of all the members with strange behaviours so you can find what the bugs are and why are they caused, we have our team ready to work with you for anything you need and we are happy to pay if necessary, but we need a fix.
