• Have the makers of this plugin stopped supporting pro users? Sent several emails over the past few weeks about a significant bug, via the web form and direct to support email address. No reply.

    yes of course we provide supports… make sure you don’t have our messages inside your spam folder..

    Nope. Not in spam folder. Emailed twice via email to the support address (3 Oct at 16:35 GMT and 9 Octo 15:14 GMT) and once via the web form on the plugin page after those. No reply at all, and I’ve had replies from you in the past without a problem.

    I’ll send the email again now to [email protected]. Maybe you could check your spam folder?

    I’m not posting my email address on a public forum, but surely you can check both your wen form emails for this week and the now three different emails I have sent at the times I mentioned plus the one I resent earlier today? The first of these was actually a reply to an email discussion I had already had with you, so I’m struggling to understand why you suddenly can’t see it.
