Only administrators can add new users

hi, please I need one information:

I have created a register form using your plugin, the shortcode I put in a new page and I can see the form just if I am logged in as Administrator, a simple user cannot register themselves. Is there any option to give access to this form page or maybe it could be any other plugin is blocking access ?

This is the message it shows when I go to the form page as a simple user.
Only administrators can add new users.

This is the password to see the web if you wish to check.

Note, this form, I wish to use just for companies, for customer, is the normal form with woocommerce.
