Issue filtering item meta data

  • Hi,

    I am using custom product addons by Acoweb for my store. When I attempt to set up filters by Product | item meta data, the item meta drop down includes several of the options I have set up, but not all. I am missing the ones I need the most. Can you help me with this or point me to the appropriate documentation.

    Hi Kim

    We pull these values from existing orders.
    So you have to create fake order and fill required field.
