    I can’t control Facebook chat from the website. The Facebook chat was already on the website when I tried to maintain the website and I can’t let it disappear.
    When I go to the Facebook for Woocommerce > Messenger I receive this alert

    There was an error communicating with the Facebook Business Extension. Click here to manage your Messenger setting

    When I click on click here I receive the message that the content is not available.

    I need help.I already tried to uninstall the plugin change the value of wc_facebook_external_business_id as suggested in a previous link but nothings work. I need help. Thanks

    Would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing?

    Additionally, would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status?and clicking on?Get system report.

    Hi! Everything ok now, I have activated a new pixel, installed a new plugin, connected to the BM and everything works properly now.
