[CROSS SELL WOOCOMMERCE] Cross sell product are not showing up in my cart

    Hi, could you please reach my website, add the first product called “Sweat à capuche brodé – Coq d’or” and go to the cart.

    The cross sell product are not showing up in my cart … Do you have an idea of the reason ?

  • Hi @lorkin ,

    Is the cross-sell product saved on Sweat à capuche brodé – Coq d’or product page? If so, you may need to rebuild the product lookup tables under WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Product lookup tables > Click – Regenerate (Button on right).

    If that still isn’t working, your theme might be preventing the cross-sells from appearing. If you switch to Storefront do they appear?
