I upgraded to version Version 8.9.3 yesterday.

I have tried to create a new Facebook feed and also tried to copy feeds for Google and Facebook but it get the notice the feed has never run. When i run it manually, I get processing 0% and it never completes.

Other already running feeds don’t seem to be effected.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

When you copied a feed configuration you indeed have to manually trigger an update for it to start processing, otherwise it will only do so after the next planned automated / scheduled update.

Did you refresh your browser screen after hitting the manual refresh button to see if the status message jumps to a percentage or even “ready”?

I refresh the browser and let it sitting at 0% for the last 5 hours. This is about the 3rd attempt I have made at creating a new feed.

    Hi,

Can you check and share the WooCommerce fatal error logs of yesterday and today to see if there is anything related to our plugin in it. This is where you can find those fatal error logs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Also, could you share with us the plugin debug.log with us? Instructions can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

I am having the same problem, however this is the first feed I’ve tried to create so I’m not sure if I’m doing something else wrong. I have checked for cron errors and the fatal error logs and not found anything. I do have a lot of products and I checked my PHP level wasn’t too old. It’s been days since I created the feed and it still is blinking at 0%. Here is my debug.log

I did look at the error logs and the only entries I see for the last two days have to do with mailchip and shipstation. The only fatal error log entry was from 10/7 and was regarding a different plug in.

Yes, please share the entire content. Also the things you believe are not relevant.

The mailchimp log entries just have to do with queuing additions and deleting abandoned carts. the log messages have customer emails so I don’t want to post them here. It doesn’t say there are any errors.

The shipstation log entries are similarly just exporting orders to shipstation.

The only fatal error log entry is this from 10/7:

2020-10-07T02:28:53+00:00 CRITICAL Cannot declare class PW_Gift_Cards, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/shopabbyrose.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pw-gift-cards/pw-gift-cards.php on line 60

Is there no error log for today and/or yesterday at all?

If not then changes are the plugin is being blocked by a firewall/security/redis object caching plugin. Any change you are using any of those?

No error log for today or yesterday. I do have have a plugin from my host provider (sitground) that does something with caching and site optimization. Could that be the problem?

Do you have any further suggestions on how to resolve this? I still haven’t gotten paste 0% on generating my first feed.

When there are no errors showing in your error logs then changes are big its caused by caching. Make sure that any caching plugin is not caching your product feeds.

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.
