  • There is zero support, your on your own with this one, I should know, I have it, and tried contacting ANYONE, finally, two women got back to me, but you could just tell, they are not liking their jobs none much, and as if they had boiler plate answers to various companies.

    I think one they make something like this, the ROI falls off if you keep actively supporting it, so they dont, they get a few skags to make like the company exists, but it doesnt, so angry that i did not at least look around before spending the money, but even the blogs are out of date, its almost like Schema stopped being important, to me it felt that way. I still use it, but cant really do much

    Strange! We are unable to see any issue while we tried to add 5-star ratings on the mentioned site.

    Are you seeing any errors in the console while adding the rating or in the backend? Do give it a try on another browser as there seems to be some issue.

    That’s very strange to hear that we are not providing support. As you can see we have responded and have been answering all the queries on our Support Forum here and resolved most of them.

    Also, we have a dedicated support team which is accessible from our Support Portal on our website. Where we provide support on both the free and Pro plugins actively. The same is linked and mentioned on the sticky post.

    .. but even the blogs are out of date

    Our website is actively maintained and updated. We recently released a video for Schema Pro in a series of videos coming up soon.

    On a side note, we have an update coming up on early next week probably on Monday with new additions to Schema Pro.

    We are regularly providing latest updates for both our plugins you can refer our changelog.

    I have Schema Pro, I cannot change the stars to green stars and more. I hope there is real update that would be great.

    Please use the following custom CSS to manage the color of the ratings —

    .aiosrs-rating-wrap .aiosrs-star-rating-wrap .aiosrs-star-rating {
      color: #008000; // Change color code according to your requirement
    }

    I want to show schema box at bottom of the page. Means at my desired location.

    Good morning!!

    I have the same problem but it’s a little bit strange. I started to use this plugin one week ago and I had no problems. For example:

    I can rate it and give 1-5 stars with no problem. But yesterday I tried it with another website. The template is the same and 90% of plugins are the same but it doesn’t work and I get the “Error Updating your rating” message. Here is the example:

    I have tried with different browsers and I get the same error message.

    I can see there is a console error on the site it might be the cause.

    Here is what you can do to check:

    1. Please try switching to another theme, like Twenty-Twenty, and check whether the issue persists. If yes, then it is not the theme that is causing the error.

    2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the problem. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

    This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems.

    Good morning ??

    I don’t see that error when I visit https://republicadominicana.viajareslomio.es/aventura-de-rafting-en-las-aguas-rapidas-de-jarabacoa-desde-puerto-plata/ from any browser. For example, now I have tried using Edge and I clicked on the 5 stars rating and I got this message: “Ratings added successfully!”

    And the strange thing is that I tried again using Edge on the other website and it works too. The same on Chrome. Now I don’t see that error message.

    I’m a little bit confused about this issue. Maybe it’s a problem with one of the pluings that I use. I will try to get more info and let you know what I find.
