Can′t upgrade. WordPress asks for ftp pass

  • From all of a sudden, when I was trying to upgrade my wordpress to the newest, it asks for my ftp address and password.

    The problem is I am putting the correct address and pass, and it says it′s wrong.

    The same happens when I try to upgrade my plugins.

    What could be goind wrong?
