Could you try to disable the image from Lazy Load?

Add this class to the image: skip-lazy

From Jetpack documentation:

You can instruct Lazy Images to skip any image using the skip-lazy css class or any given class of your choice by using the jetpack_lazy_images_blacklisted_classes filter.

Thanks. I have installed lazy load for a moment, but I deleted it for a month and I clean the DB. With this class the image appears.
