New post not showing up on my home page

I’m running wordpress 5.5.1 and using Twenty Seventeen theme.
I created a post today, October 18, 2020 and it shows up on my home page when I’m logged in to my dashboard. I asked a friend to go to my site and look at my latest post and they said it wasn’t there. I checked on my computer and it was there. I decided to log out and when logged out sure enough, the post isn’t there. I checked the Homepage Settings and it’s set for homepage to display latest post. I logged back in and checked the post in editing mode and everything is in order. It’s not set to be private and the date and time when I published the post is correct. I logged back out and in search bar I put in a keyword from the post, in this instance Summa, and it finds the post with the following permalink: https://baumwollarchives.com/andrew-reachs-art-in-exhibition-at-summa-health-healing-arts-gallery-navigating-the-pandemic-an-artists-perspective/

I would appreciate it if anyone knows why it may be missing on my home page. Thank you.
