Shipping fee no longer generated

  • Hi Kim,

    Plugin has been working well, however last couple of months Shipping fee is no longer being generated. Autocomplete and location recognition with google api key with billing attached is still working as normal, but on the ajax update, no shipping fee coming up like it used to.

    Normally have the additional field below Shipping on checkout page detailed as “Local Delivery Charge” which is where the distance based fee normally shows up. For some reason this no longer comes up Kim.

    On Settings page, fields after Api Key
    Fee name: Delivery
    Divider 1
    Price 4000
    Min dist 6.25
    Max dist
    Min cart
    Kilometers
    Flat rate
    Don’t hide the shipping methods
    Fixed Fee 25000
    Taxable No
    Disable Virtual products No
    Shipping address

    Hi,

    It may be a plugin conflict. Try to disable your plugins one by one and choose one of the WordPress default themes to check it is not your theme or any other plugin generating the issue.
