    Hello,
    I have installed the RSS Aggregator by Feedzy and am running into an issue with the automated importer. When I go into the site it says that it ran the importer but it never actually imports any articles from my feeds. However, if I manually click the “Run Now” button, all of the articles are then imported. I have been trying to figure out what could be causing this issue for a couple of weeks now and have still yet to find a solution. I looked through the forum and did not see anyone with a similar issue, but if I missed a post please point me in that direction.

    – Are you using the latest version of the plugin? If not, please do. The following questions are assuming you are using the latest version.
    – In the summary page:
    – Does it show any errors in the summary of the import?
    – Does it tell you when it last ran?
    – Is your WP cron running correctly? (there are many ways to check this – you can search on any search engine)

    Hello,
    – Yes I am using the latest version of the plugin.
    – it does not show any errors on the summary page
    – Yes it says when it last ran, but the article information does not change (it shows the same cumulative number as the last time I manually ran it)
    – I downloaded the plugin wp cron status checker and it says that I have a 429 error and doesn’t run the actual report. I am assuming this is the issue, but the error is so vague that I don’t know what could be causing it.

    I believe you may need to contact your hosting provider or your admin. It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the plugin.

    I had originally reached out to GoDaddy regarding this issue and they told me that it wasn’t their issue and to check with the plugin author.

    We don’t think it is a problem with the plugin. You are welcome to install the plugin on any free WP provider (e.g. jurassic.ninja) and try it with the same feed to verify this.
