hCaptcha Not Mandatory with CF7 5.2.2 (russian)

I have integrated hCaptcha with Contact Form 7 5.2.2 (russian) using your plugin. However, the hCaptcha implementation is “non mandatory” in the implementation and I can easily submit the form without filling in hCaptcha.
