Popup not poping Up

    I created a popup and set it to appear on several pages but it’s not appearing on my laptop, a colleague’s or my iphone. Is there something I should have done besides the Display settings and hit publish?

    Hi @beaumonteiquette,
    the problem is that our rules are using +AND button instead of OR

    A page cannot be page A and page B at the same time so the popup will never display. The popup can be page A or page B. You see the difference?

    So in your case simply separate the three pages rules using the OR button.
    And the devices rules are not needed because you are matching all devices.
